According to the GetBlockValue function in main.cpp it'll happen at block 210000, i.e. during the first week of December at the current rate of 168 blocks/day.

BTW, that piece of code contains a serious "bug". It won't strike before the year 2269, though. The Bitcoin devs already solved the problem. Just in case.
