What do you want to do with it?
If you don't need name ops it should be relatively simple to use one of these:

The coin you linked is called "Testt", not "Testcoin". Usually "Testcoin" refers to any cryptocurrency which is intended for testing purposes, including the Bitcoin testnet, Namecoin testnet, and Testt.

It is about Namecoin Testnet. (He was in contact with me and I suggested to post here since I'm not on the forefront of the explorer discussion.)
