I will be hosting a copy of the blockchain for the foreseeable future, periodically updating this link to a torrent of the most recent version:

I have not tested it yet, but I will get around to it soon. Namecoind does not support the bootstrap.dat protocol but I will start producing those as soon as the rebase finishes up.
