[bounty 105NMC & 0BTC] Auto renew namecoin names

This is the first bounty for namecoin :p

List of wanted features :
- autorenew name with the same json-value when namecoin is running
- default renew when there is 20 blocks left, to avoid problems with blockchain re-org
- add an option in config file for the number of block
- autorenew check must be launched when new blocks are received

Optional feature :
- render the json value optional on name_update and keep last one (still allow empty values)

I used this little script here to auto-update all the .bit domains under a certain expire-threshold: https://gist.github.com/1033551
You need ruby and a Json ruby lib installed to run that script.
