Transaction appears in blockexplorer but not in my wallet

I've put money into my namecoin wallet which shows here:

it was from BTC-E trade platform.

However its been a while now and I still do not see it in my wallet when i run "namecoind listreceivedbyaddres 0 true" command.

It returns this adddress with 0 namecoins and 0 confirmations.

Any help?

You have to wait until the blockchain is synchronized, the same as by bitcoin.

is there a way to check if its synchronised?

also when i try to send nmc to another address this happens:

> namecoind sendfrom namefirst LQeMvm
fbU6jRTLPB241ht8XqL41AknZxam 10 0 t y
error: {"code":-4,"message":"Invalid bitcoin address"}

is that because its not synched yet?
