Which files to delete to rebuild database?

I have an error in my client & would like to rebuild the blockchain from scratch.

Just to be sure I do it right, which files do I delete to do this?

First off, backup everything in case you do it wrong. Once you've got a backup, it's not dangerous. If I recall correctly, I delete everything except addr.dat, wallet.dat and namecoin.conf/bitcoin.conf.
