Solving shares in pool / Solving shares while solo[solved]

short question:
Why shares in pool solving more often than shares by mining solo?
In the solo-way I didn´t got one share until now...

How to get a higher efficience?

Pools set the difficulty to 1 to get more shares, to count them and then to distributes rewards.
Solo mining use the real difficulty.
