Noobie problems installing freespeechme

I am having problems installing freespeechme . I have installed it, and waited 2 days, not just the required 5 hours. Attached is a screenshot of the commandline windows. Jeremy, the author saw them and said they look fine to him.

So just to verify, there should be an icon in the upper right corner of Firefox with a lock and 2 plus signs. Are the plus signs green or gray? If they're gray, click that icon once to turn them green, and then restart Firefox.

Let me know if this works.
