Question about running namecoind on multiple computers.

I recently set up namecoind on one of my computers, made sure I had the correct amount of blocks, got my address, and started mining. I would like to set it up on another computer now. Do I have to download namecoind, get the blocks, and just leave it running to mine on my second computer or would I have to link it somehow? Not sure how to do this so any help would be great, thanks.
