for nmcbit.com is there an automatic payout or is only manual user asked payout?

I know balance is only accrued in after a block is found...

Manual Pay out for now but I am working on auto payout system I will try and have it ready for August 1.

now the worker balance at the bottom keeps ticking down (as if i'm losing money)

I'm guessing thats when im not mining and others are mining and thus gaining a great percentage of the next reward for the next block that will be found?
