at the 23,000 difficulty I have not solved single block for like 2 days then the new difficulty hits 5 mins later I get a bock fucking hilarious my luck eh? 1.6 ghash btw

You might be onto something. 5 minutes into a super high difficulty spike a lot of people are probably dropping off. The people that hang in there might have an increased probability of finding a block but this may only work in solo.
Was that h/rate on a single instance of your miner (e.g. cross fire or miner that lets you specify multiple cards) or did you have multiple instances?

How many connections did you have?
