i did the same thing, about 10 minutes before I woke up I got a block, if i had woken up 10 minutes earlier I would have lost that 50 coin

the only pool atm is constantly being dogged by problems best to avoid while you can afford to do so

My miners actually found 1 the first night I tried soling, BUT I canceled out of the miner at the exact same time it said accepted, it didn't get transferred or counted.
I almost did it again tonight except I saw that it found a block and let it keep going this time and then it found the 2nd a few minutes later.

What are the probabilities of finding a block every time I'm about to press Ctrl+C?

Well, it seems I hit my first block soon after posting my first message. Some minutes ago it just finished confirming and the NMC smoothly flowed into my wallet. Here's hoping for better luck till the difficulty jumps!
