After a lot of digging around for auto-posting mechanisms and discussion with Jeremy, I've come up with the following:
Namecoin shared accounts for Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, G+, and Ifthisthenthat.
Tumblr RSS -> Hootsuite -> facebook, twitter, G+
Github releases -> Ifthisthenthat -> Tumblr -> Hootsuite... + email-> alert mailing list.
It's going to take a day or so to setup, and I don't want to waste time. Any objections?
