New Namecoin-Alert list

During the meltdown this past week, we've been frustrated by the lack of response from pool operators.

I setup a Google groups for pool operators and later emailed BitMinter, one of the smaller pools. I received the following reply,

Since that mailserver is down, I think we should rename the "namecoin-poolops" list to "namecoin-alerts" (after 24 hours with 0 Naks and 1 Ack I just renamed it. I'll wait a bit longer before submitting a PR to the website and updating forum posts) . I've already manually adding Phelix, Ademan, and Jeremy to the list as owners. I couldn't give Domob "owner" status but he can post.

DNS is much more than a key->value datastore.

Ademan contacted me, apparently he doesn't even have access to that list.
