NameID concurrents(decentralized identity systems) ?

Not directly, I think. Also, I think that there has already been BitId - which tries to do the same, namely, enable login to websites using a Bitcoin signature. You are right that this is also what NameID does, so there's possibly some potential to see how they do it and re-use that. On the other hand, the big advantage with NameID / Namecoin is that your identity is a name and not a Bitcoin address. One could go even further and combine both: Use an id/ name that contains a Bitcoin address of yours in the value, and use this address via their protocol to authenticate as id/someone.
