Hi,

When I buy a .bit using namecoin, who gets the nmc ?
The miner gets the fees, but what about the nmc spent for the name_new transaction, who gets these nmc are those burnt ?

Technically, the coins are "locked" in your name, but there is no way to get them ever "out" again - so yes, they are burnt.
