Idea: Name to Hash Translation Kit

During the first Gitter chat we talked about how there are a low of file storage and other projects out there that need to translate friendly names to hashes (and the other way round).
Accomplishing this should be relatively easy with Namecoin. We should give an example / specify how to do this.
