YES! That would be really great. I'm using DuckDuckGo exclusively for some time now. They could even run their own .bit domain, linking it to their hidden service.

At some point I was tinkering around with making YaCy index .bit domains. That work is unfortunately on hold for now, due to lack of funding and higher priority items.

EDIT: That said, if someone thinks it would be useful work and wants to put up a small bounty, I would happily resume it.
