nmc:id/satoshi?bitcoin

Something like this has been discussed on Github before: https://github.com/namecoin/nmcontrol/issues/35

We should standardize it...

Actually I think it's a good point as well as a strong argument.
nx.bit - some namecoin stats

Well, if your name is hosted on a registar, then you're trusting that they won't change the donation address. If you trust them already, why not trust them to not steal your donated coins?

Thanks for the explanations.
It is a simple but good idea.
My opinion:
- We could make as standard for all namespace entries an optional Namecoin and Bitcoin address not only for d/ and id/.
So giving send to u/bob should work also from the client.
- For id/ entries could be more coin types like Peercoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin as it is the proper namespace.

One potential argument in favor of having a dedicated "donation" address would be to make it a stealth address for privacy reasons. This is also beneficial if we add Zerocash, because names are owned by basecoin addresses, whereas donations should go to zerocoin addresses.

I see no problem with making donation address fields universal for all JSON namespaces, just like "import" and the proposed "expire".
