Leaving the controversial part of the discussion away (spamming the blockchain, illegal content and all that - I see that you state you will try to prevent it manually), I just want to remark that it is wrong when you claim that the owner can "delete" data. Once in the blockchain, it will be there (and public) forever - also name updates or expired names don't change that. Also, why do you even bother to mention renewing, as this totally unnecessary and would only lead to even more blockchain spam? Even expired names' values are kept "undeletably" in the blockchain forever.

Yes, unnecessary and bloats the blockchain.

i mean , i understand you want to make a few bucks
overcharging the people to upload data to namecoin,
but really, you only need to store the magnet link,

if you don't know what that is,
is a URL handle that downloads data from bittorrent DHT.

So your service could be: to seed the file on bittorrent
(actually there are services for that...)
and publish the magnet link on namespace data/something
{
filename="PNN-MeowBit.mp3"
description="Freedom Feens- Michael Dean on Peace News Now radio show taking about MeowBit, Dot-Bit and Namecoin"
magnet="magnet:?xt=urn:btih:2300DC38B3031D0E7206E0490DEC166D63943FA2&dn=freedom+feens+michael+dean+on+peace+news+now+radio+show+taking+about+meowbit+dot+bit+and+namecoin&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.openbittorrent.com%3A80%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Fopen.demonii.com%3A1337"
ed2k="ed2klink"
mirror="some http mirror site"
}

just make sure you publish the specs on the "new" namespace data and create a few tools to browse, even maybe a plug-in to integrate with utorrent or make this use utorrent under the hood for the download/upload etc. this could be usefull for a way to publish latest releases of software etc.

Okay, let's just take this to its logical extreme: what if someone uses your service to upload child porn?

You want to know if you can upload data into the blockchain and have it propagate? Yes, it will.

Next question, do you want to take on the legal liability of helping to upload and distribute illicit content, including child pornography? You are charging money for this service and are going to take on more liability than The Pirate Bay, which only linked to files for which they were never directly paid to help distribute.
