"You can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner."
No in european countries obviously illegal stuff.
No off-topic threads / posts. (This also covers spam.)
No trolling. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29)
No feeding of trolls. Just ignore/report and do something useful with your precious time.
No real names / doxxing.
No NSFW. Links to NSFW must be marked as such.
Topics should be in the correct section.
Moderators must not moderate disputes they are involved in.
Advertisements: Maximum of one post per month. (Must be related to Namecoin.)

This looks pretty good to me. Where should the line between spam and advertising, e.g. some of the posts about cloudhashing services?
