There is no namecoind command which renews multiple names at once. Maybe a feature could be added to namecoin-qt which renews all names that have at most X blocks remaining until expiration.

DyName has the ability to automatically renew names and I think it supports multiple names... you might find it useful, although it's primarily intended as a dynamic DNS client.
