Namecoins for proxies?

Namecoins for proxies?

Hello,

I would like to ask, currently there seems proxies
who volunteer, am I right?

1) If this were the case, it would be important to develop a program to give away coins to the proxies, if there is a possible use the. Bit?

2) In addition to this, you should implement some sort of security so they could not divert traffic to your convenience? or this is already covered?

regards
