The testnet Block Explorer doesn't work, is it a bug or a feature?

The namecoin-testnet block explorer is at:

http://testnet.explorer.dot-bit.org/
http://testnet.explorer.bit/

But the namecoin.us proxy via http://testnet.explorer.namecoin.us/ seems to be down currently.
