I believe the largest non-KYC exchange that has a good amount of liquidity is CoinEx and you can be setup and buying Namecoin in minutes.

I have been running version 23.99 on LinuxMint 20.3 and it's been great! Even bought some .bit domain names as well as tested the ability to transfer them to the latest stable releases. 23.99 is a "pre-release" and it's working wonderfully. Ease of use in Buying names and managing names by adding them to the GUI for Namecoin Core was a great idea!
