Do not deposit anything at Vircurex at the moment. There are some issues currently:

It seems that the cases are being solved at the moment and all the missing funds will appear on the accounts statements soon.
As this type of delay already happened a few weeks ago, we should keep the comment of user stomatopod in mind:

Be aware folks that Vircurex can sometimes disturb your trading plans

By the way, the bitcointalk forum contains quite a lot of similar comments about btc-e and some of the other altcoin exchanges, too. Vircurex at least does solve the issues, albeit a bit late sometimes.
