^^^ Thanks Mjbmonetarymetals! ^^^

My partner and I have launched a new service for the crypto community. We have launched our private beta, and now we are inviting you to the public beta.

What is it?
We provide an easy to integrate checkout system for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Litecoin with low fees. The API is designed to be simple and provides a polled interface or Instant Payment Notification (IPN). If you have ever programmed for PayPal(tm)'s IPN system it is just as simple.

How does it work?
  • [li]Via a button or link on your site your customers are directed to our checkout page.[/li]
[li]We give your buyer a unique address to send their coins to.[/li]
[li]Once the coins have been received by us and confirmed (number of confirmations depends on the coin), we send them to your address (your wallet or an exchange) minus our fee and the transaction fee for that coin.[/li]
[li]Your server will be notified via IPN or polling through each stage of this process. You decide whether to process their order until the coins are confirmed on our end or wait until they are in your wallet.[/li]
[li]We provide all the tools you need to make integration as painless as possible.[/li]

What are your fees?
Our fee is currently in beta at 0.50%* + the transaction (TX) fee to send your coins to you.
There are no setup, monthly, or any other fees. (*The fee may change when we launch fully)

Do I have to accept every coin you do?
No, it is up to you which coins you would like to accept.

Do you have any shoppingcart plugins?
Yes. We offer plugins for OpenCart, osCommerce, PrestaShop, WooCommerce (Wordpress), and Ubercart (Drupal), Zen Cart

What coins do you accept?
BTC, LTC, DVC, CGB, BQC, FTC, IFC, KGC, NMC, NVC, ORB, RED, STR, TRC, XPM, PPC, CAP, YAC, DGC, GLD, WDC. (Updated 9/3)

Do you plan on adding more coins?
Depends. But as of beta, no.

Where do I sign up?
https://CoinPayments.net

This sounds awesome. Can I donate?
Sure. The wallet addresses are at the bottom of the website, we appreciate your support.

I've just tried to make a NMC payment via coinpayments.net.
First the good news: NMC are accepted again (after being suspended due to the fork) and my payment was recognized for a while.

Now the bad news: this is either a very serious bug, or a clever rip-off scheme. I hope it is the former.

After landing at the coinpayments page I got a message stating the correct NMC amount and a Namecoin address. In addition to that, there was a contradictory statement:
I was asked to make the payment "within 2 hours (make sure you leave enough time to get 10 confirms before the time limit!)."
How can one "make sure" to leave enough time when there's only 2 hours? It can take up to 1 hour before a transaction gets included in the blockchain (1st confirmation), and the additional 9 confirmations take another 1.5 hours on average. Sometimes it is 2, 3 or even 4 hours.
In my case it took roughly 20 minutes for the first confirmation. Coinpayment indeed recognized the transaction and stated "1/10" which obviously means "1 out of 10 confirmations". It then took around 1:50 for
the other 9 confirmations. Adds up to 2 hours and 10 minutes. The timeout occured, and coinpayments reset the display to "Received So Far: 0.00000000 NMC (unconfirmed)".

What is coinpayments going to do with the money? Even though the loss was under 0.2 NMC, let's see if there is a refund. Or better, make the payment happen. I'll post here as soon as there is any news on this.

EDIT: Got a refund from coinpayments (even with a few extra milliNMC :-) ) and the promise that there will be an increased timeout period. I'll make another test payment in a moment.
