I have been successful at creating several domains on my wallet account at home. I set up another wallet at our church. I transferred some domains to that wallet but the names are still on both accounts. How long does it take before the names will fall of of my list where I transferred the domains from? This was done almost 24 hours ago. Restart did not help. One website is active and I can still access it (didnt have to change the name servers) so I do believe the transfer was successful. The others are parked. Is there anything else I have missed?

Where exactly do those names "show"? In the Namecoin Qt or with "name_list"? The latter is expected to also show names that have been transferred, but they will be marked either by "transferred: 1" or "ismine: false" (depending on which version of Namecoin Core you run). For the Qt, someone else needs to answer as I'm not too familiar with it.

I am using Namecoin Core version nc0.13.99-name-tab-beta1 (64-bit) with QT version 5.6.1. They do show in transactions as sent to but also still in the manage names tab as well

Ok, then probably Brandon or someone else more familiar with the Qt tab should comment on that. You can open an issue on Github (https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin-core), perhaps that will give you more visibility.
