1. First, do not trust all info from NOT official domains. 2. Main thing in that text is: (он будет исполнять роль DNS сервера) / (it will act as a DNS server) That`s why they are saing that it has to be running. If your DNS server resolv .bit, so you can close application and do not keep it running.
