Are there any instructions about how to compile namecoin-qt (sp?) on linux? I inspected the Makefile and installed all dependencies like boost, etc. I can now "make namecoind", but "make namecoin" gives me errors. Am I missing some dependencies? Is there documentation? The Readme points to a makefi...

Do you have any namecoin funds in your wallet?

I think this is v. good idea. Not sure about spamming/freeloader abuse potential but at this rate I'd say having such a faucet is better than not and to run the risk of bad actors not showing up for sometime. If they do then deal with it as best we can then ... i.e. cross that bridge when we come to...

when namecoin-qt is started with "daemon=1" set in the namecoin.conf file (obviously erroneously) it does not fail gracefully.

I dislike the idea of assuming domains are only for webserving. Can this be made generic?
