Re: Showing the new difficulty whos boss :D

You might be onto something. 5 minutes into a super high difficulty spike a lot of people are probably dropping off. The people that hang in there might have an increased probability of finding a block but this may only work in solo. Was that h/rate on a single instance of your miner (e.g. cross fir...

Re: EFF, Wikileaks namecoin donations

I'd just like to say that Rejuvepedia is accepting namecoin donations. http://www.rejuvepedia.org I run Rejuvepedia and donations are used to help pay bloggers and writers that produce content for Rejuvepedia So far I have had two bloggers take up this offer. I think that this will help the namecoi...

Re: ICANN will allow companies/orgs to register TLDs

I don't really see anyone wanting to register .bit either though, other than as a deliberate attack against namecoin. If I had the scratch, I'd register .bit and have everything go to a page instructing you how to configure a namecoin resolver :) That's a good idea. Perhaps this is where registrati...

ICANN Votes to Launch New Generic Top-Level Domains

I just found this on the icann website. Looks like we might have our battles drawn out for us. I wonder if they know about us? BTW it looks like it will be very expensive to register a TLD. Only the richest multinational corporations will be able to do it. ICANN Approves Historic Change to Internet'...

I am still looking to buy NMC either for fiat money or in exchange for goods. Better than sinking them on the exchange ;)

Re: [announce] Register .bit domains with bitcoins (+ hostin

Hi Khal, Firstly I want to say congratulations on the launch of your new service. I do have some suggestions though. The one thing I couldn't find is the option for people that have already registered their domain using namecoin but would like to find hosting for it. The other thing is that you may ...
