i tried several times to cash out the btc. but my miner never went to zero or my balance was not updated from a zero balance. my miner had less than 4btc but above 3.86btc and i couldnt delete it since i had a balance. then one day my miner lost its btc and my balance is still zero. another problem ...

what happend to my 4 btc. and i cant convert my name coins to btc.
