Re: 4 steps to get firefox .bit enabled (Need guinea pigs ^^
Fixed the bitcoin site problem by changing the pattern from https?://(.*\.)*bit . * to https?://(.*\.)*bit / *. What happens with this regex if you use domains without trailing slash? I. e.: http://example.bit/ vs. http://example.bit I get a warning though when trying to save either...

Re: 4 steps to get firefox .bit enabled (Need guinea pigs ^^
EDIT: Yeah, the problem was that I had the Basic edition instead of Standard. Problem solved. Well you found a "bug" in the document: Install the Foxy Proxy Basic Extension Open "Tools" → "Add-ons" and search for "Foxy Proxy Standard" Bit misleading. Changing the document of the Text. We of c...

Re: 4 steps to get firefox .bit enabled (Need guinea pigs ^^
Tank you for testing this out: Okay, at first test it appears to work. Good work. Haven't tried Tor. Haven't tried Tor either. But the Proxy only allows HTTP and HTTPS connections to Port 80 and 443. You should however be able to use tor to access the proxy. this means any/only .bit DNS queries get ...

4 steps to get firefox .bit enabled
Hi all, after getting MasterPool up and running I promised to build a public DNS server. Re: [masterpool.eu] 0% Fee - A big thank to all beta testers
I want to thank all beta testers on this pool. For that reason, we introduce a 0% (zero percent) payout fee until the next difficulty change (Have a look at http://dot-bit.org/tools/nextDifficulty.php to see an estimation for the change). Go and grab your namecoins! Of course "new" beta testers are ...

Re: My concern with the namecoin project
Has anyone thought about this? What sort of measures could be baked into Namecoin so that people aren't incriminating others with the arbitrary data they store on their machines? Have a look here: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=11381.0 Most (if not all) stuff applies to Namecoin as well.
