There's absolutely no reason why someone couldn't set that up. Just imagine the level of trading that would go on ! My only concern with setting it up is "would anyone trust me?" :D What I want to know is why is there such a huge delay in your graph to real time prices? when the price crashed to $1...

There is a topic on Russian bitcoin section where people discovered Namecoin is more profitable and switched to mining it
